PitPat Dog Activity Monitor
Track your dog's activity throughout the day with the PitPat monitor! This device sits quietly on the collar and records your dogs movements- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your PitPat can store up to 10 days of activity so you can retrieve the data using the PitPat app.
The PitPat device recognises the type of activity your dog is doing; from walking, running and playing to pottering and resting. This is beneficial in understanding which type of activity is most effective. PitPat also estimates the distance your dog covers each day by counting their steps and multiplying by the average length of your dog's stride based on the breed you have selected. In addition to this, the algorithms of the monitor estimate how many calories your dog burns by factoring in the breed, age, weight and their level of activity. The results of this will provide useful guidance on how much to feed your dog each day to maintain a healthy weight.
